This website (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») aims to provide you with information about the services and benefits of the Krystal Vacation Club Exclusive program, as well as to provide you with information about the various hotels that provide them, as well as access for your convenience and information to related links.
It is important that you carefully read the following terms and conditions of use of the Site, restrictions, and notices contained herein (the «terms and conditions») as they regulate the use of the Site and apply to all visitors to this site. By accessing or using the Site, you expressly agree to and accept these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are for your benefit, Hotels Krystal, and its providers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors. Each of these individuals or entities has the right to enforce these terms and conditions directly on their own behalf or on behalf of the persons mentioned in this paragraph.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Krystal Vacation Club Exclusive from Grupo Hotelero Santa Fe is an exclusive benefits program aimed at a select group of members, who can enjoy it once they acquire their membership and keep their payments up to date.
Its mission is to ensure that each of the members lives, knows, and enjoys the best destinations in Mexico in our hotels, residences and suites with preferential benefits.
The different membership programs will be marketed directly by each seller and it is the responsibility of each member to read and understand their Vacation Membership Agreement and Lodging Services.

Discounts at participating hotels:
- 25% discount on reservations on the lowest published All-Inclusive rate in all rooms, with no night restrictions.
- 25% discount on food, beverages, and room service on room only and bed & breakfast options.
Rates cannot be combined with Krystal Rewards discounts.
Services:
- Up-grade to the next level room (subject to availability).
- Early check-in – 12:00 hours & late check-out – 17:00 hours (subject to availability).
- Preferential attention (creation of a specific attention area).
Facilities:
- 20% discount on treatments & SPA (applies only in beach hotels).
- 20% discount on romantic dinners (applies only in beach hotels).
Welcome gifts:
- Free coffee kit.
Package with:
- 375 ml bottle of red wine.
- Chocolate bars.
- Jar of nuts.
Agreements:
- Discounts on external attractions (restaurants, cars, photo sets, tours).

You must mention that you are a Vacation Club Member and your contract number.
3.- Reservations department or reception of each hotel:
You must mention that you are a Vacation Club Member and you will be offered the lowest published rate on accommodation plans, European plan, and All Inclusive (for hotels that offer this food plan).
- Applies to all room categories throughout the year.
- You will be confirmed as eligible for a 25% discount on your reservation.
- In case the member still has printed coupons, they can be handed in (one per reserved room and per night used).
Important: The 25% promotion on the current BAR rate is not cumulative with the Krystal Rewards program.
Limitations:
- Applies to all room categories.
- Applies throughout the year.
- There is no restriction on the number of nights.
- Applies to a maximum of five rooms per member per stay.
- If the member is entitled to book up to 10 rooms (according to their contract policies), they must make the reservation directly with the Reservation Center.
- Space subject to availability.
- From an occupancy of 90%, no reservation can be made as a Krystal Vacation Club Exclusive member, and an alternative date or room category must be selected.
- You must guarantee the reservation with a credit card and you will be informed that a no-show charge will be applied.
- In case the member has any outstanding payments, they cannot use the benefits of the Krystal Vacation Club Exclusive.
MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND LODGING SERVICES:
Any matter related to the contract should be reviewed directly with the company that sold the membership to our vacation club.
If the member has any doubts about their contract, such as dates, rates, payments or any other topic related to its content, they should consult directly with the company with which they purchased their Vacation Club.
LIMITATION OF PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE:
The rights and benefits obtained with your membership and access to discounts are only for the benefit of Exclusive Members, their family, and their guests; therefore, they do not represent a business opportunity and their use for profit purposes is strictly prohibited.
