This website (hereinafter the «Site») provides you with information about hotels and other facilities for temporary lodging (each a «Hotel») owned, managed, or operated under the Hotelera SF, S. de R.L. de C.V. franchise or its affiliates and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as «Krystal Hotels»). The use of this Site is subject to the unconditional acceptance by the user («User(s)») or by yourself («You») of the following terms and conditions (collectively referred to as the «Conditions»):
The services of this Site are available only to those individuals who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law and are therefore not available to minors. By accessing this Site, You represent that You are of legal age to use this Site and to assume legally binding obligations regarding any liability that You may incur as a result of using this Site.
You may only use this Site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and may not use it for any other purpose.

You are not granted or conferred any license or right to such trademarks, patents, products, processes, and other proprietary rights of Krystal Hotels or third parties. The trademarks, logos, and service marks together with the trade name presented on this Site (collectively referred to as «Trademarks») are registered trademarks in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Mexican States («Mexico»). In addition to the other terms and conditions specified on this Site regarding our Hotels, the following general terms and conditions apply to Hotel reservations made through this Site: (a) Cancellation policies and any other information regarding reservations for specific rooms and hotels may vary by Hotel and type of reservation; and (b) requests for special features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are merely requests, and while most Hotels will strive to accommodate them, neither Hoteles Krystal nor the Hotel guarantee they will fulfill your request.
Hoteles Krystal, in addition to any other rights or actions available to it, may at its sole discretion and without notice, terminate or restrict User access to this Site and any related services without incurring any liability to the User.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to reservations, purchases of products and services, and any other use made of parts of this Site, and You agree to abide by such additional terms and conditions.
Hoteles Krystal reserves the right, without notice, to unilaterally modify any of the terms and conditions of these Conditions, and your continued use of this Site will be subject to the Conditions in effect at the time of use. Accordingly, you agree to review these Conditions periodically, and your continued access, use, and/or advertisement on this Site will constitute your acceptance of the modified Conditions.
You agree that your use of the site is at your own risk. The Site and any related information, content, or materials are provided «as is» without any warranties.
The User shall be responsible for any damages of any kind that Hoteles Krystal may suffer as a result of the breach of the law or any of the general conditions established in these Conditions.
In no event shall Hoteles Krystal, its agents, representatives, or licensors assume any liability to you or any other third party for direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages (including, without limitation, lost profits or loss of savings) arising out of or in any way related to: (1) your use of this Site; (b) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to, the use or inability to use any component of this Site to make reservations or purchases of tickets); or (c) the compliance or non-compliance by Hoteles Krystal or a provider of products or services related to this Site even if such party has been informed of the possibility of causing such damages and losses to these third parties. If Hoteles Krystal is found liable for damages in connection with this Site, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be limited to the refund of charges for services or products that you have paid for and have not been supplied.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Mexico and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
